Allsquare

Terms of Service

Effective August 1, 2026

These terms cover your use of Allsquare AI, the web app at trysquared.com and the Allsquare mobile apps. Using Allsquare means you agree to them. We have tried to write them the way we write everything else here: plainly, and without hiding anything in the middle.

Who can use Allsquare

You need to be at least 13 years old to have an account, and at least 18 to buy a subscription. If you are under 18, you can use Allsquare with a parent or guardian's permission. Household members added by name only, such as children, do not have accounts and do not need one.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You can start using Allsquare without an account; creating one lets us save your spaces and remember your preferences.

You can delete your account at any time from Preferences on the web, or from My Spaces in the app. Deletion erases your spaces, conversations, photos, and learned preferences, and cancels any active subscription immediately. It cannot be undone.

What Allsquare does, and what it does not

Allsquare looks at photos you send, suggests a plan for organizing the space, and guides you through it. It is a helper, not a professional service.

Rosie's suggestions are just that: suggestions. You decide what to do in your own home. Allsquare does not provide professional organizing, design, contracting, appraisal, insurance, safety, or financial advice, and estimated measurements and values are approximations, not appraisals. Use your own judgement, especially around anything heavy, fragile, electrical, valuable, or otherwise risky.

Shopping suggestions link out to third-party retailers. We do not sell those products, we do not set their prices, and we are not responsible for what happens after you leave for their site.

Your content

Your photos and conversations stay yours. You give us permission to process them so Allsquare can work: recognizing your space, drawing the plan, checking your progress, and remembering what you own. We do not sell your data and we do not use your photos in advertising. What we collect and how long we keep it is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Only send photos you have the right to send, and be thoughtful about photographing other people's belongings or spaces without asking them.

Paid plans

Households

A shared household runs on the owner's subscription. Members can view spaces the owner has shared, check off and verify steps, and be assigned work. Spaces stay private until the owner shares them. Anyone can leave a household at any time, and if the owner leaves or deletes their account the household is dissolved and everyone is freed to join or start another.

Fair use

Please do not abuse the service: no scraping, reselling, reverse engineering, automated bulk requests, attempts to break our limits or someone else's privacy, and nothing illegal. Every plan runs real AI vision that costs us money on every space, so we apply reasonable limits and may pause accounts that are clearly gaming them.

Availability

Allsquare is offered as it is. We work hard to keep it running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of mistakes. Rosie is an AI and will sometimes be wrong.

Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Allsquare is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Ending things

You can stop using Allsquare and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk. If we do that to a paid account without good cause, we will refund the unused part.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows. If a change matters, we will say so in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Allsquare after that means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
